Terms of use

I. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern access to and technical use of Dulcería Carlitos’ website. The Spanish terms state that accessing, browsing or using it constitutes acceptance of their clauses and conditions.

II. Legal capacity

Use and contracting are restricted to individuals with full legal capacity, aged 18 or older, under Mexican civil law. The Spanish terms assign responsibility for minors’ actions to their parents, guardians or holders of parental authority.

III. Intellectual property

Source code, designs, logos, brands, photographs and other protected elements belong to Dulcería Carlitos or their lawful licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation is prohibited.

IV. Commercial service

The website is a reference catalog. Information, characteristics and prices are not an automated binding e-commerce offer. A sale or service agreement is completed through direct attention channels: WhatsApp or a physical branch.

V. Prices and payment

Published prices are indicative and may change with material costs. The final amount and any deposits for custom services are agreed directly during the quote process by authorized representatives.

VI. Customization and third-party rights

Users supplying photographs for illustration, restoration or piñata designs state that they own or have express permission to use the image and copyright rights. The Spanish terms assign responsibility for third-party claims arising from infringement to the user and release Dulcería Carlitos from those claims.

VII. Liability limits

The site does not guarantee uninterrupted availability during force majeure or scheduled maintenance. The Spanish terms exclude responsibility for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from server interruptions, cyberattacks or the visitor’s hardware incompatibility.

VIII. Law and jurisdiction

The Spanish terms submit interpretation, performance and enforcement to the applicable substantive and procedural law and the competent courts in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, waiving jurisdiction based on present or future domicile. This English rendering follows the existing Spanish terms.
